Bought this a little over a month ago and it has been in daily use since it arrived. I use the tank mode and the speed wash. This dishwasher is fantastic! Very easy to setup and use. No issues with the light coming on. I use Cascade Complete gel. No residue is being left behind. This little unit cleans better than the full-size unit I had in a prior home. It has been a perfect addition to my small cabin. And best of all, I have been able to watch how plastic containers end up going upside down inside a dishwasher! ha! Seriously though, I would recommend it to anyone who has light dish loads daily and doesn't want a full-size unit.

    In LOVE With This
I rarely write product reviews because I order too many things and don't have the time, but I feel like this product deserves all the love. I was skeptical of it when I ordered because not all reviews were favorable and it's expensive for your average person, but I'm glad I went with my gut. I've had it for about a month now and used it probably 30 times at this point. And I have yet to be disappointed. It's compact enough to sit on my counter without taking up too much space (although I may end up getting a rolling cart for it because it's still kind of big), is super easy to use, and has really helped me to not feel as anxious about dishes. I don't have a faucet that can hook up to this (I think that was intentional by the landlord since he pays for hot water) so the built in tank is ideal. It has multiple cycles, can fit a fair amount of dishes (I can usually run 4-5 plates, 3-4 glasses or mugs, a bowl or two, and plenty of silverware at once), gets everything clean without any issues, and even notifies me when water is needed in the tank or I've reached the capacity so I don't overfill it.The only things that I have an issue with are that the dishwasher pods don't fit in the spot they are supposed to, but it's not a big deal because you can just toss it in the bottom of the dishwasher and it'll do what you need it to do, and that my larger plates don't fit and need to be angled (with only a couple at a time). These are such minor issues, though, that I don't care.Great product overall and I've already been recommending it to several friends who also have landlords too cheap to provide a dishwasher. I'll update this review if anything changes.06/11/22 Update: Still working great and I've used it about 70 times since I got it. So happy I made the decision to buy this.

    little dishwasher
when i first started to use the dishwasher it would always clog the spinners because the filter did not do a good job. I had to pull spinners out and unclog them. if I didn't practically wash the dishes before using the dishwasher this would happen, so i modified the filter as the photos show. now I have very little problems and it does a great job. I haven't had to pull the spinners now in about 6-8 weeks. very happy with the unit now.

    Great dishwasher
I love this dishwasher! Would I prefer a larger one, yes, but my kitchen is very small and this allows me to not have to do the dishes by hand. It works so well as long as you use a good dish detergent. I started with an eco friendly one and simply didn't work. Switched to Cascade pods and it's been amazing! I once accidentally put a dirty load through a dry cycle while still dirty, dried on food.... When I realized my mistake I started a normal cycle and everything came out spotless! I've had it for about 2 years now and just the other day it gave a E3 error code and you could not do anything. After some research I found that this code normally means the water is not getting hot enough, meaning the heat sensor or the heater it's self is not working. I turned it off, poured hot water into it, turned it back on....the code went away however after a short time the error would come back; but if I was quick enough I could change the mode before the code came back and it would act fine. Sadly though when I tried to run a load the error would come back. After a meltdown at the thought of loosing this machine and a quiet prayer, I reset it with the hot water so the error was gone and went to bed. The next day I tried to run a cycle and it has worked ever since!! I hope that possibly helps anyone else who gets the E3 error code! I couldn't live without this! It was a life saver before but as a new mother I have found even more appreciation for it with the baby care mode. Also a benefit to the glass door, if something pops off the rack and blocks the spinning arm from spinning, you can see it and correct it before the load is over and only half the dishes are washed.

    Perfect for apartments
Love, love, love this my boyfriend and I HATE doing dishes my had but this solves the problem. We run it once every other night and it's perfect for two people. It isn't too loud either. I love that you don't had to hook it up to anything we have it on our table because it was a bit too tall to fit next to the sink so I have it drain into a 3 gal bucket which I don't mind at all it's just nice to have the option to move it wherever.

    Fantastic for my studio apt
I've had one for about a month.I was hesitant to buy this because of the mixed reviews but after watching an unpaid YouTube review I went for it. I'm SOOO glad I did. I love to cook and this has been a god send since I live alone, don't have a dish washer, and my sink is tiny.I've been using the water tank option and haven't experienced any problems. It gets my dishes sparkling clean and dry. It's not too noisy.

    not great customer service
So I bought it at a price that I agreed with . Fair enough . 5 days later it's on sale on prime day for over 100 dollars less . Love the product but paying so much more leaves a sour taste in my mouth . I get in touch with Amazon and say rather than me reordering at the cheaper price and returning the item could they not just make an adjustment. Nope . Okay I really am happy with the product i think the customer service could be better. I'll eat the loss rather than going through the hassle of reordering and returning but I think things could have been handled much better

Nifty lil Washer that does the basics well
Ive had this about two months and waited to review to be sure i was just as happy with this now as I was when i got it - and the answer is YES.I originally bought a big countertop dishwasher that had a mandatory faucet connector, only to find it wouldnt connect to my fancy looking but rather cheap/impractical apartment faucet. So when i saw i could fill water in this and it doesnt require a water connection, I immediately bought this and sold the big one.It cleans the dishes well, and i havent always gone easy on it. It also has a dry feature which even some expensive dishwashers dont. If you live in an apartment or small home with 1-2 people this will work fine. I end up running it about twice per week as a single dude.I guess ultimately you should know what youre buying when you get this. Yes, its pretty small and wont fit any large pots or pans in it and other than the dry feature is fairly no frills. And if you dont mind spending 20 min a week handwashing dishes, (aka youre not lazy like i am), you probably dont need this. But if youre a single or lazy couple who doesnt cook much (few pots and pans) and hates doing dishes and are looking for something compact that does the job well and has optional water connection, this works perfect!

    OK but not great
Received it because like so many others, I dislike washing dishes by hand. The item was simple to use. It did fit on my counter under my cabinet. just fill water reservoir, and push buttons for preferred washing. (Powder detergent is the best option). Downside it will not fit my large plates or many cooking pots due to size. (which is to be expected for an item this size). After using it a few loads, many utensils did not get cleaned. Cooking utensil's did not get clean at all, however some items like small plates and bowls and mugs did get clean. The upper spinner does get stuck which i read several others had that problem. Overall I decided that the product just wasn't for me. If your someone who cooks lightly then I imagine it would be perfect for you.

I've been running the dishwasher like 2-3x a day in my RV and it's been awesome! The only thing i noticed was before I got liquid detergent, i was using pods I had from before that had a powdered detergent in it and the powder was getting stuck under the top spray arm and it wasn't moving. When I reached in to turn the arm I could feel all the gritty detergent stuck under it. After I spun it around manually and it all devolved, it was fine. Since switching to liquid detergent I haven't had any issue. This is a pretty quiet machine. It pulls about 7-10 amps in the RV. It does put out a little moist warm air, but nothing major. I regret not buying it sooner.

I live in by myself in a studio apartment and just got TIRED of washing dishes by hand in the sink. The water always took forever to heat (this washer heats the water ..... but try to get some hot water in there). Always had splashed of water on me and the sink area. Dishes never felt super clean. You hand washers know what Im talking about. Finally convinced myself to repurpose that valuable counter space for this washer. Zero regrets so far. Have used for about two months 1-2 times a day. It's not a huge washer. I cook most of my meals at home which is why I use it the 1-2 times. I use the pour in water method not the sink hook up so I can still wash larger items that don't fit ...or just my hands while the washer is going. Its super nice to have super clean dishes compared to my handwashing ones. Its a noticeable difference. Especially with the ones I let the dog help "prewash". To the topic of prewash, I dont prewash much. I have did have an egg casserole come out I still needed to scrub but everything has come clean with minimal prewash effort.ONE HINT: If you are doing the water reservoir option and are able to add the water from the rear of the washer instead of the side it is less splashy. Mine is set on a sink island so I have access to behind it.

    Exceeds expectations
It’s great with the one exception that my dinner plates are too large and can’t fit, but everything else does so it definitely helps with the overall burden of washing up. It’s quiet and does a great job cleaning, even the shortest quick wash cycle does the trick if everything is rinsed off before it goes in.

I'm a mom to a toddler and I'm also pregnant so I'm very busy! I've never liked doing dishes and my husband was always upset when we had dirty dishes in the sink. He did not want to spend the $ to purchase a dishwasher so I waited almost a year till I bought this for myself on my birthday. I'm glad I waited and found this one specifically. Our cabinets are 2 inches too long to fit even the smallest of these underneath! And all the other countertop dishwashers I viewed previously had to be connected to a water source. When I began searching again and found this one that doesn't need to be connected and can just be filled up I purchased it immediately! I did read reviews about issues some people had so all I have to say is GET THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. I had to get a creative when figuring out where this would go. To fit this I bought a huge very heavy and strong wooden cutting board from Walmart and put it over the smaller area of our kitchen sink (it's split into 2 sections). The dishwasher went on top of this and the water drain tube went behind the machine and cutting board directly into the sink. My husband was really irritated that I went and spent money on this but it was a bday gift to myself! No regrets! Anyway, when setting it up I decided I was gona really pack this thing and see how well it actually does. Wow!!! You can fit so much more than I expected and everything gets clean! After a few days of this my husband finally got around to trying it and he absolutely changed his mind. We have almost no dishes sitting in the sink anymore! It cleared up a ton of clutter as well because you do not need to use a drying rack anymore. I get very creative when putting the dishes in, it's like a puzzle to fit as many things as possible. Oh, side note, since I pack it so much I only use the heavy duty cycle because it uses the same amount of water as the normal cycle anyway and it's only 20 minutes longer. After the first few days I noticed that there was some debris left behind in the machine so I ran a cycle with a bit of distilled white vinegar and it cleaned it right up! The detergent tablet leaves residue on the dishes so I started using about 1/2 a cup of the white vinegar with every load and the dishes are completely spotless and squeaky clean! I do not go easy on this machine, the only thing I do is remove any small chunks of food on the dishes. Other than that I put them in fully dirty; some with dried on sauces, some very oily, some with cake batter, etc. I want to make sure this machine can clean fully! And it does! (I'm sure the vinegar helps alot TBH). Another side note, The silverware container takes up too much space. So I removed it and we place the utensils inside the slots of the shelf that the mugs are supposed to sit on top of in the photos. You can still fit mugs and short cups underneath the shelf. We also place any tops/covers, cooking tools, or miscellaneous items on the shelf with the utensils, sometimes stacking them. FYI, they all get clean.3 things I don't like:1) I cannot fit my pots and pans in here because of the length of the handles but we can just wash those separately so whatever.2) There is no option to turn on the light at any time to check on the dishes. I thought there was based on some of the photos and videos but nope. The light only turns on when you open and close it. I've tried using my phone flashlight to look in but because of the water splashing and that it gets foggy I can't see anything. It is important to see inside because the water will sometimes push the items out of place and there has been a couple times when something slipped down and the bottom spinning water dispenser gets caught and can't move! Same with the top one, sometimes you don't realize how high the dishes are and it can stop the propeller from spinning.3) The beeping sound that lets you know when the water is filled to the max is really quiet! The sound of the water coming from the faucet while filling it up is louder than the beeping. I have to stand with my ear to the machine to hear it.This machine has stopped alot of arguments with my husband and people are amazed when they come over and see it. Friends have already asked where they can purchase it. 100% recommend, we love this thing. Oh and always GET THE WARRANTY!

I am obsessed with this little dishwasher.
This thing is outstanding!Pros:- I’m floored at how well it cleans my dishes. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but it does as good of a job as any full-sized dishwasher I’ve had in the past.- The built in water tank is an awesome feature. Love that I don’t have to tamper with my kitchen sink to connect a supply hose if I don’t want to (although a supply line is also included). Plus by filling the water tank, I can still use my sink if needed while the dishwasher is running.- It uses so little water. Of course the benefit of not having to hand wash all my dishes is huge, but I also anticipate a big change for my water, sewer, and natural gas bills because of this thing over all the hot water I’d waste washing by hand.- It feels solid and well made. Many components are plastic, but it has a feeling of quality regardless.Things to note:- Check the unit’s dimensions. It doesn’t fit on my counter below my upper cabinets, but I have it on a small rolling kitchen cart.- Capacity. They say it can fit 4 placesettings... I’m not exactly convinced of that. I live alone, and it’s size is perfect for my needs. If you’re a household of two or more, you might wish for greater capacity.- Secure the drain hose! It’s fairly rigid out of the box, and the attached suction cup to hold it in place in the sink didn’t hold securely. During one of my first uses, the hose popped itself free from my sink, and drained one of the cycles onto the floor. Oops! I’ve got it rigged up now so that it will stay put in the sink.Only thing it’s missing:- With the window in the door, I wish there was a button to turn on the light during the wash cycle, so you can see what’s going on inside!I’m so happy I bought this dishwasher. If you’re on the fence and unsure whether you should pull the trigger or not, do it. As long as you can make it fit in your space, and can work with the confines of the small capacity, you won’t be disappointed!

    Absolutely fabulous!!!
I am in Love, this is Absolutely fabulous! As soon as I got it I hooked it up it o ly took 5 minutes to set it up.I can only wash a few dishes at a time due to a health condition. I am not able to keep my hands in warm/hot water for more than a few minutes. My Waher and Dryer are in a closet in my kitchen, the perfect set up. I couldn't set it up by the sink it was too tall as my cabinet are low, I wouldn't be able to open my cabinets. I decided to put it on top of my front load washer, PERFECT! I am able to drain it in the same drain as my washer. I have done a few loads including my water bottles which are hard to clean by hand. ( in the picture) I was able to do a full load of dishes and silverware and a load of tuperware.. the setting are perfect and the dishes come our Gorgeous! I never write reviews but I had to this time as I struggled to pick the best one for my needs. Anyone who has a small kitchen without a dishwasher this is the best investment you will ever make! Thank you for such a fantastic product!

    Great countertop dishwasher!
This dishwasher was so easy to set up and is easy to use. It has been a big time saver in our place without a dishwasher! Haven’t had it too long yet so not sure how it will hold up overtime but so far, it’s great.

    It's okay
Top spinner stopped working after about 20 loads. Layout for the interior could be better designed to fit more in the space available. Doesn't work well with detergent pods, there's always soap left on the dishes after if you use a pod. Silverware basket isn't great. The caged too will only fit straws and chopsticks. Without the top, silverware falls over and stacks against itself because the sections are too large

These machines are OK at best
It takes longer to wash dishes, but you don't have to waste your time doing it.My dishes still end up with dirty spots and they just say to soak the dishes, which is what the machine is essentially doing. The detergent needs 85 degrees to work and it takes like 15 minutes for the water in the machines to heat up; I put in cold water as my experience with hot water was that it didn't heat the water enoughI feel like the top spray arm is just weak and not really doing much.I removes the grey tray and my dishes cant with it, I even tried it with a cup and the cup is touching the top of the inside wall, didn't like it. I also place the utensils towards the center instead of the back as the manual states as it touches the back lip and If didn't feel that was good for cleaning, at least in the middle they get the upper arm spraying water on it, as the middle of the top arm is dropping water consistently.I barely use it as I get a better clean scrubbing, but I do like that it uses extremely hot water, I did burn myself with my utensil trying to get it out as soon as it finished; (Heavy Metal Utensil) Gotta let stuff cool. It's a bother that the DRY isnt automatically on and you have to select it.I wish there was a better product on the market but it seems like everything the same, wish Amzon would make their own with scrubbers so dishes can be actually clean.I bought this beacuse I saw a youtube Video and it looked like a champ in the video, but my experience was not the same.

This little machine is amazing. This is a game changer! I love it!
My dishes usually sit in the sink because I'm too tired after eating to do the dishes. This is a wonderful place to tuck them away and then wash when it is full! I love this little gem. It is not obnoxious or an eye sore. I actually love the sound of the machine, very soothing. Dishes come out sparkly clean and dry! I highly recommend.

    Love it!
What install? I put it on the counter, I took off the plastic and took out the fruit tray. Done.I am short so I use a step to fill it w/water. The height is a bit high for me. Not an issue, I just didn't think, 'height of counter plus height of dishwasher'.That reminds me, add an inch or two to the height if you are manually filling the water. That way you have clearance to fill it with ease.It makes noises so I don't run it while I sleep. I don't understand the blue light at all! It turns on when it wants and stays on until it doesn't. When it is on it is a joy to watch the process. I do pre rinse. I put dirty dishes in, and mostly clean dishes come out. If I don't measure the soap just right, I will get the white haze on 2 item Happens once every couple of weeks.I love it and am glad I have it.

This dishwasher low key has changed my life
So I really didn’t expect to pontificate about a dishwasher, but here we are. Thinking about my dishes was taking up dumb amounts of mental energy. I bought a different brand and had a lot of problems so I turned to this one. Everything is so straightforward. You just pour water in the top and add detergent and go! Not having to think about all my dishes to be washed is really freeing. So if you need a sign to stop gaslighting yourself and bite the bullet on a dishwasher, gurl this is it.

Perfect for small apartments and singles!single
The media could not be loaded.  See video for reference. I haven't owned a dishwasher in 7 years. After kids grew and left home, I downsized. I did a lot of "looking" before deciding to buy one. I am LOVING this machine, I am impressed at how well it cleans my dishes. I chose to not hook the hose to the faucet, I use the pitcher instead. It's very easy to install, operate, and it fits very well next to my kitchen sink. I live alone, and can't stand for too long due to chronic health issues. It pained me to actually buy a dishwasher, because I've always done dishes by hand most of my life, but I had to give in once I couldn't do dishes like I used to. I was able to set up this great little machine myself, and had it running in no time. I'm back to using my real dishes, instead of using paper plates all the time. It is very unlikely you'll be dissatisfied with this appliance. I'm super happy I bought it.

Great, love it but not perfect
I absolutely love this little dishwasher and use it all the time. LIFE CHANGING! But.. the reason I splurged and got this model over other less expensive ones is because it advertised powerful water jets from both the top and bottom. The one from the bottom works perfectly and gets my dishes super clean! But the one on the top is wimpy at best and gets stuck often. Even after making sure NONE of the things I have in there are even REMOTELY CLOSE to touching it, and spinning it several times for good measure, I unpause the machine and it seems the water pressure is not enough to spin the sprayer. I have tried to both loosen and tighten the attachment and even took it off to clean the pieces but nothing works to get it back spinning.

    Small but powerful
Excellent small dishwasher. Holds even large plates, does a phenomenal job cleaning for such a small footprint. Has cleaned burnt on food and grease without a problem. Everything we’ve put in it has come out clean. It does have a heater in it to keep the water hot and a drain pump that’s powerful enough to pump water at least 2 feet vertically. The mug rack doesn’t seem to hold normal American sized coffee mugs, but is probably suited for tea cup sized mugs. You can lay other items or flip it up out of the way so it’s still functional.Hook up was easy and simple unbox, attach drain hose, run drain hose to sink or bucket and done. Haven’t bothered with hooking up to a water line yet (probably never will) so only have the drain attached.Hasn’t leaked a single drop either even though the door is only held closed with magnets. Have run it usually twice a day every day for 2 months now. No issues at all.Only two minor complaints. The filling pitcher it comes with has an awkward pour spout, and the grate on the fill port has a center piece and bars in it that will cause water to splash out as you fill it if you fill too fast or pour directly on it. Would have been nice if they recessed it just a 1/4” deeper to prevent splashing. There’s no spot for any kind of rinse agent, but I would suggest adding a tablespoon or two of white vinegar to the fill tank each cycle just to keep down any water scaling and help dishes rinse more cleanly. And do remove and clean out the filter cup and plate at the bottom. It will accumulate a smell of you don’t. It’s takes only a minute to do and it’s easy to get to. No tools required.

The media could not be loaded.  As someone who lives in a small apartment with no dishwasher, washing dishes has always been the bane of my existence. Tack on chronic depression and anxiety and there have been times when I’ve been unable to do my dishes for…well, you get the picture.I stumbled upon this dishwasher entirely on accident especially considering that while I had thought about purchasing a tabletop dishwasher, they were all either too large and/or needed to be hooked up to the faucet (which isn’t feasible given the layout of my kitchen). I had no idea they made tabletop dishwashers that you can fill up the reservoir and then use a stock pot (or similar drainage container) to dispose of the water afterwards. When I say this dishwasher is a game changer, I’m not exaggerating. I spend maybe 10 minutes or so rinsing my dishes of any larger/stuck food particles, load, set to the “eco” function (I put “eco” in quotes namely because it just lessens the normal cycle by 10 minutes. Not a huge difference IMO) and voila! I set it and forget it.Pros:-Gets my dishes clean each time. I do rinse pretty thoroughly or soak my dishes, but I’ve run a few pieces that were more dirty and they’ve come out clean.-Compact. While it’s not the smallest device on the market, you do get a lot of bang for your buck.-The light. It’s just cool, not gonna lie.-Layout. I mostly use a lot of bowls which take up a lot of dishwasher space given their shape, but I have no issue loading several bowls, silverware, larger cutlery, and several cups in at the same time.-User Friendly. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to assemble and use this dishwasher. Assembly if you’re using the filler option (versus the faucet option) is minimal. The buttons light up in the event you uh, wash your dishes in the dark? (I don’t know your life, I’m not here to judge) so they’re easy to see. The beeping noise to alert you that the fill tank is full is a neat feature as well. And the hose is considerably long with a fastener attachment to assume your kitchen does not become the set of Titanic.Cons--Drying function. The drying function is great EXCEPT for cups/mugs. Even if you run the dry function for the full hour, there will always be a little pool of water on top of the bottom of your cup. What I normally do is either air dry my dishes (because air is free) or pause the device, tip over the pooled water before the dry function begins, and then run it.-Noise. While it’s not the loudest, it’s also not the quietest. I have a studio and can definitely hear the device on the other side of my apartment. With that being said, it literally just sounds like water being agitated and is not an unpleasant noise. Bonus for you ASMR fans.-The suction cup attachment. At the end of the hose is a suction cup that allows you to secure the hose into your sink/draining pot during use and to secure the hose to the dishwasher after use. Even if you wet the suction cup a bit before securing, chances are good that it will still come undone. If you can, it may be a good idea to place a towel or something over the hose in the event it comes loose and makes it want to rain, ya know? All in all this device is *chef kiss* and very helpful for everyday use, but does have some functions that are important to be mindful of. However, none of the cons are egregious enough to make me stop using this dishwasher. I haven’t had it long, so I will try to update my review if/when anything changes. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

    Compact and Effective
Overall the unit works great. This was the shortest countertop dishwasher in my price range that I could find. I still had to wood file/ sand the bottom part of my cabinets to help it fit. I pull it out from underneath my top cabinets to access the fill area on the top and push it back underneath. This is the first dishwasher I've ever owned so each time I have a fuller load it's a bit frustrating finding a way for all of the dishes to fit. The other tricky part is that dishwasher pods are designed for the large dishwashers so each time I use one (they are the most effective against grease compared to liquid/gel) I need to catch the end of the wash cycle and use my faucet hose to spray hot water on the dishes to remove any soap residue. This unit has been helpful when you've been cooking all day and you want relief when it comes to washing the dishes. This unit also helps to get your silverware nice and shiny due to the hot water it uses. I like that is has different settings with different water temperatures so you can customize the wash cycles.

This is the perfect size! It’s beautiful and does a great job!
Seriously love it! Perfect size fit right under my cabinets. Love the filler feature so it doesn’t have to be attached to your faucet. It made my dishes spotless! For being so small I fit a lot in there. Works great for my family of four:)

This dishwasher is my new boyfriend
When I tell you that this silly little dishwasher instantly and completely upgraded my quality of life, I’m not in the least bit exaggerating. I live in a prewar NYC apartment and haven’t had a dishwasher for over a decade. During the pandemic I left cooking in restaurants to cook independently, which has been awesome - except for all the dishes. After two years of thinking about it and browsing, I finally bit the bullet and got this machine. Partially because it had the smallest footprint I could find, and partially because of the glass front and little blue light so I can see my dishes washing, haha.It doesn’t hold a massive amount of dishes, but probably all of the glasses, plates, utensils, and cooking tools we generate in normal day. It doesn’t really do large bowls, and definitely not half sheet trays or pans, but those I’m happy to wash quickly by hand. On heavy cooking days I’ll just keep refilling it and let it clean while I cook.Since my counter-space is extremely limited and my cabinets don’t have enough clearance for the dishwasher anyway, I put it on a small rolling cart beside the oven. I’ve got a plastic tub that it drains into below, and I fill it with the included water pitcher. It takes about a tablespoon of dishwasher detergent, and does it’s thing! After the dry cycle is complete, I dump the water in the drain tub and crack the door open to let the dishes finish drying. It definitely cuts way down on how much water I use to wash dishes, which is an added perk.I’ve noticed that with super greasy tools (like covered in buttercream from baking) it’s best to give everything a rinse before putting in the washer to avoid a residue on things. It also took me a few tries to figure out how much detergent to use so my glasses wouldn’t have spots, but it’s easy to balance. The machine plugs into a normal outlet (the same one as my oven) and doesn’t overpower the circuit. It makes cute bell noises when you turn it on and start it. Listening to it wash is the most relaxing sound in the apartment by far, haha. And I’m honestly so happy to have it. I fill it up and move on with my life, and it’s honestly already given me hours, if not days back to my life in the short time I’ve had it!

    Worth the money
It works just as great if not better than a normal dishwasher. We live full time in our 5th wheel and doing the dishes in our tiny sink year after year was dragging. This makes doing the dishes quick and quickly frees up the sink and water heater. It works great and we use it multiple times per day.

    No more washing
The media could not be loaded.  Ive only owned this machine for 2 days and so far so good. I live in a 35ft trailer i redid with my 2 year old and its perfect! We use a lot of paper plates and cook a lot out side. But those little things like cups, spatulas, measuring cups and spoons, utensils, mixing bowls, and whatever else that for some reason take up all the room in your sink, no longer a dread at the end of the day. Load this sucker up, put some water in the top, some soap and bam, im no longer wasting propane. Only issue i do have is its pretty big and the top is a bit inconvenient to pur water into. If i had the right hook ups id hook it up. Otherwise, its perfect!**UPDATE**It's been an entire year and this machine works as if I just purchased it! I've put pots and pans, to plastic kids eating wear, utensils, porcelain cups and glasses, cheap plastic cups and all types of tupperware. It's taken all types of grease, that horrible red ring around only certain tupperware bowls, to bacon grease off. I love that I can use soap pod thingies or dish liquid too. One of my favorite purchases I made!

    Needs a JetDry dispenser
After a week of using this dishwasher, it works as advertised. However, I believe it could use a JetDry dispenser, I had silverware that came out spotted like with calcium, we do have hard water in my area.I'm single and one of those people who would let dishes sit in the sink for over a week. Not a good practice. Some of those food deposits won't come off in a dishwasher. As in my case, only had a few dishes.

    A perfect solution for me.
Most times, at the beginning of the cleaning cycle, the upper spray arm will not spin. I discovered that if I rap the top of the dishwasher.a couple of times...it will work. The dishwasher cleans very, very well...I am very happy with it!

It's a great dishwasher. I have an old house with a dishwasher, and this has been a life saver. It's easy to install, move around, and so much easier than doing dishes by hand. It is deffently worth the buy. I'm really impressed how clean it gets the dishes and silverware

    Just Buy it!
First let me start with if your debating about buying one just do it! We have been using this on a daily basis. Many factors went into choosing this model for me personally. Living outside the 50 states, not many models were available to ship directly to the US Virgin Islands. After reading other reviews on a few other models this one was the winner. I love the fact that it has a water tank built in, many times that was an after thought was how often we lose water for random reasons. That is a HUGE plus that I am happy for that option. I do like the fact that you can see through the front although that wasn't a major requirement. 4 months later and still have no issues at all. This dish washer is on the smaller side, but we make it work. For 2 adults that do a lot of meal prepping extra containers and such we need to run it twice a day for the days worth of dishes to be done. That is not an issue for me at all! Yeah I wish it could be one load but I am completely fine with the two a day. The unit is very quiet and you can hardly tell it is on.The one and only complaint I have is I wish the silverware slits were evenly split in the center. The basket has two sides and the holes over top do not match up with the little part in the middle. Overall though that is a MINOR detail that would never stop me from purchasing the unit in the first place.Shipping was very fast and the unit was clean and looked to be unused. The manual did state there would be left over water from testing but not a huge amount inside.5 outta 5 stars 4 months in.

    Great Little Machine
We moved into a home with a small kitchen and no room for a dishwasher. We looked into under-sink washers but they are extremely expensive even without including the cost if installation, so this was our best bet. I did a lot of research and this was the highest rated out of the quieter options available. We've had it for a couple weeks and have used it 5-10 times so far. I'm very surprised how quiet it runs! It's more quiet than a lot of undercounter dishwashers that I've had in the past. We have large square plates but they all fit just fine in the unit. You obviously aren't going to fit a normal size load in it, I would say it fits about half of what we're used to with normal dishwashers. We opted to just fill it manually for now, maybe we'll set up a water line to it someday, but it's fairly easy to fill with water. Just about 3 pitchers full is all it takes. Lots of water saved compared to handwashing. I was also impressed by how well it cleans. We use the Finish tabs and unless we leave large pieces of food on our dishes it cleans everything just fine. Overall I can't think of anything negative at this point. This machine operates exactly as advertised and has saved us so much handwashing even in the last couple weeks! Recommend for any small homes where a normal dishwasher isn't viable. Also make sure you have room for it near your sink as it has a drainage line (it's a long line if you don't mind running it from further away). My only regret is not buying it the day we moved in.

Honest review about this roller coaster
Original review “I wanted to give it a few months before I wrote a review. And so far I love this thing. We have a family of 5 (three young kids who like to use multiple cups everyday lol) and we moved into a new house without a dishwasher. We eventually want to redo the kitchen but until then we got this thing. I usually do three loads of dishes a day. Cups, bowls and silverware, and then plates. I love how this unit doesn’t have to connect to the sink (which is why this model won out against others) so I can be hand washing the big pots and pans while this thing takes care of the rest. It cleans the dishes really well. The only downside is the drying cycle makes a high pitch noise but it isn’t loud and you can just skip the drying cycle if you wanted. (I have when I’ve been in a rush to get dishes done- just did the wash cycle and then took the dishes and put them on my drying rack to air dry while the next load was washing) I’ve been very impressed. I generally wash my dishes on the quick cycle and it cleans them great and it doesn’t take a super long time!”*** updated review*** It’s been 9 and 1/2 months since we got this thing and today it crapped out. It now longer lights up or works in any way shape or form. To pay 400+ dollars on a machine (16 hours worth of working wage for my family) for it to no longer work after not even a year is literally heart breaking. I contacted the company to see if it’s under any sort of warranty or if they will back up their product. Will update the review if I hear back accordingly. Just wanted to warn others of this possibility!!!*** update number 2 *** I contacted the company and it was under warranty because it was used under a year. They sent free replacement parts and emailed videos of what to do. The first video was SUPER informative and worked great but that problem did not solve it for my dishwasher so I had to install the second part. That video was in a foreign language and didn’t show ANYTHING!!! A few quick texts to a friend who builds computers later and I got it put together correctly and it is currently working again. I hope it lasts longer than 9 months this time but we will see. If anything else happens I will update more.Overall personally I think it’s worth it. I would personally buy this product again. The company does stand behind its product and its warranty and for that I am very thankful

Great for apartments or college students
You May need to test different levels of detergents, initially when I used mine I got soap spots on all of the dry dishes but once I added some drying aid and used a little less detergent that fixed the problem. There's a detergent spot that has a line on it that says 8 g I maybe use 1 to 2 g of detergent all depends on your water hardness.

Amazing little dishwasher! Perfect for baby stuff
The media could not be loaded.  After having twins, I was on double dad duty--washing 2x the bottles (Dr Browns bottles nonetheless), 2x the pacifiers, couple sets of breast pump parts. I'm in no position to complain. After all, my wife did carry them in her tummy for 9 months, but nonetheless, I do go about life with the principle of working smarter and not harder. Therefore, I purchased this little gem with the sole intent of keeping it upstairs on the master bathroom counter for washing baby stuff. I could run all the parts downstairs and use the dish washer in the kitchen but that violates the principle of working smarter.I use 7th Gen non-toxic dishwasher gel on the "speed" (26 min) setting and everything I wash comes out squeaky clean. I do give everything a quick rinse in the sink beforehand, simply because I may not run the load right away and may sit a few hours. The washed items come out squeaky clean but the drying cycle leaves a lot to be desired. It's maybe a "sort of dry" at best for the items that I'm washing, but I am willing to bet that dishes and plates would come out mostly dry. The fact that it does have a heated dry feature is pretty cool though.Couple things though:1. I'm not a huge fan of the blue light. It screams Made in China-although the build quality of this thing is pretty darn good.2. It's a bit louder than I thought it'd be. I don't know if it's actually the advertised 50 db but I feel it's louder.3. My biggest gripe is the water filling hole. There's a built in filter near the top that causes the water to splash out. To avoid this, I have to fill my pitchers half way and therefore I have to fill the machine with 6 half pitchers instead of 3 full pitchers. Not a deal breaker. It did come with a filler hose but I am not able to attach it to my bathroom faucet. I can probably remedy this by 3D printing a wide mouth funnel.

Why didn't I get one of these years ago?
I'm a fulltime RVer and have been for the better part of a decade. One of the biggest things I've missed about having a "sticks and bricks" home was my dishwasher, because I hate washing dishes. It's been a necessary evil though. Then I bought this. It arrived today, and I've already put 2 sinks worth of dishes through it (I knew it was coming so I got lazy).Setup was easy. Appliance is actually pretty light. This doesn't fit well on an RV countertop, but it fit perfectly on top of my washer/ dryer combo unit, and I was able to tap into the water supply and drain the w/d uses.First load through I noticed there's not a lot of room between the basket and the rotating wand. I had a spatula with a corner that dipped below the basket and was preventing the wand from spinning. The top spinner was also a little rough to start, but eventually I got it situated and got to watch my dishes being washed. Takes about an hour to wash (including rinse cycle) and an hour to dry. Dishes came out spotless.I am very happy with my purchase. If that changes I'll update this review.

    Great product! just Expensive
I live in a basement with no dishwasher, so we bought this one. It is so good and cleans well! It might take a couple washes to learn exactly how much detergent you need for your cycle, but it works great now. For example, we cut one of the dishwashing blocks in half for one cycle. It doesn't fit too much but it's way better than hand washing. Lastly, it cleans about 95% of dishes every time. I might find one or two pieces that didn't get quite clean, but if I keep it in for the next wash, it'll fix it.Also, I haven't found a dish too dirty that it won't clean. even small pans with stuff stuck to it will be cleaned out. In my opinion, it was a great purchase for me in my situation and I highly recommend it as a time saver for anyone who doesn't have a dishwasher. Ooooh, and the blue light is such a vibe

Wonderful product for apartment and dorm room, setup was quick and very easy the only flaw with this product is the space for the detergent tablets is too small and will not hold dishwasher tablets the noise is low and performs just as good as a conventional dishwasher. Maintenance is also easy as well. Very easy to use great product to get

Super handy for two people for daily use
Here’s the thing, how do you use less water and get more sanitary results when you only have two people going through multiple dishes and silverware per day? Tiny dishwasher! This replaced the prior portable hook up full sized we rarely used. Biggest advantage is you can use water tank and have drain hose go into your sink so that your faucet is loose for the entire time it is running. ? You can watch fruit in it! Watch out, it’s slightly bigger than you think. Really 18 inch cube space needed and you must have space above it if you’re going to use the Oregon water feature and it must be slightly higher than your sink level so requires a little bit of thought about where you gonna put it unless… You do what some people seem to be doing and put it anywhere they want in the kitchen and just drain the water into a bucket.

    Worth every penny
This was a bit expensive for me but so, so glad I got it. Saves a ton of time over hand washing every dish. It fits on my rv counter island perfectly. Works amazing, especially for such a tiny unit. Sometimes I wish it held more, but that would make the unit bigger so I think the size is pretty perfect. It heats up the water well, has a dry setting, and I like the fruit wash as well for things like grapes! I run it probably every day, have had it for months, and haven't had any issues with it. Side note: when it first arrives it has water inside. Don't panic, they explain they run a test cycle before shipping it out so water inside is normal. :)

    Great countertop dishwasher
I can't do a lot hand dishwashing due to a skin issue. This is a perfect answer. I fit quite a bit in it. I handwash most pots and pans because they'd take up too much room. Simply load, put dishwasher detergent in (I use the gel type but it says you can use the pods), put approximately 3 full of the pitchers of water in , pitcher included. Pick your setting , there's good selections but I've been using normal, press start and that's it. My old dishwasher didn't get my glasses this clean. I haven't tried the fruit and vegetables basket yet but it's a great idea. I'm sure there's other uses for this too.

This countertop dishwasher is a powerhouse. As small as it is, you can fit a reasonable amount of dishes into it -- probably perfect for a couple or a family of 3, depending on how much you eat at home. There are two of us in my house, and we only need to run it every 2 or 3 days. The cleaning power is fantastic. Probably on par with full-size washers (there are a few YouTube reviews that show how effective it is, and my experience has been the same).I'd say that the sound is just slightly quieter than a full-size unit, depending on which setting is used. The normal and glass modes are very quiet. The heavy-duty/baby mode is a bit louder, but still not as loud as some full-size washers. The drying function is great, too. Very effective. Some reviews talk about residual puddles left after drying... They obviously haven't ever used a full-size washer because it's a universal occurrence across the board. This unit is no different -- you may still have a bit of water on the tops of your mugs when the cycle is finished. But overall, the drying works great.I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. It saves time and mess in our small kitchen, and uses far fewer resources than hand washing.I dove in DEEP while researching these units, and this model (in my opinion) is the highest quality, highest performing option for internal-reservoir dishwashers.

    Great dishwasher for single person.
I decided to purchase this machine when I finally got fed up with my dishes situation. I moved to an older 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. The sink is not very deep, nor is it split. The faucet is short and I would always bump it with my hands when I was working. Basically, making doing dishes well by hand a huge hassle.I started looking into portable/ countertop dishwashers and this is the product I settled on. I like the clear glass front and the tank that allows you to fill it with a pitcher. However, what really sold me, was this was the perfect size for the small space of counter to the left of my skink.I am writing this review about 3 months into owning this product. So far- it is super great. I only use the normal wash, speed wash, and drying function of this machine. As a single person, this usually holds all my dishes. So 3 meals of dishes, plus cups and silverware. I only run it more than twice a day if I have people over. More space would have been nice, but then, I don’t have room in my apartment for anything bigger than this. However, I would note this size would probably be too small for a couple if you eat 3 meals at home a day.I have had 0 issues with this product so far. It’s easy to fill the tank with water, and it runs like a charm. It takes 69 mins wash on normal, and 29 mins on speed wash. I just tell it to wash just before I go to bed, and when I wake up my dishes are clean and dry. Some things to note- this machine does not have a detergent dispenser. There is a small indent in the door where you can put a washer pod. But other than that- it just starts washing right away. Meaning… there is no ‘real’ prewash cycle. This isn’t a huge deal for me. My dishes are never gross because I do them every day. I also always rinse them right after I eat, so any food falls off. However, if you are a person like my old roommate… who keeps dishes in their room for a week and lets food get crusty and moldy on them, then- this dishwasher probably will not be powerful enough for you. I’d recommend using pods with this machine just because they dissolve a little slower so you can get a bit of a mini- fake prewash however. I’m using the cascade ones, and they work perfect. The fan also has a higher pitched sound than I thought. This bothered me at first, so I put a fan in my room to drown out the dishwasher fan. (Note my apartment is really small. In a bigger place you could probably not hear the fan.) But, now I am used to it and it does not bother me.But other than those few things, this machine is great. I am glad I gave it the counter space. It makes my life easier and my glasses and forks are finally crystal clear and sparkling. I would recommend this product greatly.

I have been using dishwasher for 9 months. I really like it. dishwasher for a small family of 2-3 people, easy to use, added water and that's it. I recommend using an unscented liquid gel or half a dishwasher pod. Does not require cleaning.

If you've ever thought about getting one, I highly recommend
Product works wonderfully and cleans about as thoroughly as you'd expect a dishwasher too. Some tough stuff it struggles with, but I'd say it's about on par for most dishwashers. It's a bit bigger than I had anticipated, but fortunately it fits well on my counter. Easy to fill with water (I use the pitcher to manually add water) and it fits a nice amount of dishes. Not super quiet, but not loud by any means. The 'arms' that spin and spray water on your dishes aren't mechanical, but sometimes can get stuck and need a gentle push to get going again. I've also had it where a dish blocks them, so I usually wait for it to start and make sure the arms are spinning.

Good but washing cycle doesn’t get hot enough as other brands
I’m into week 2 using my new dish buddy. But as some reviews have said, the dishes don’t always get clean and water marks are left on the dish load. I tried different dishwasher detergents which improved my situation but after researching I realized that the marks/poor washing cycles others have mentioned are related to the low internal washing temperature of each wash program. It simply doesn’t get hot enough on most if not all of the programs. This is unfortunate and a design flaw. My work around for that is to add some slightly heated water to bring the wash temp up to 140-144 degrees on the speed cycle. This is an annoying step to have to add to what shouldn't be necessary. I should mention I have soft water also, so the marks are not the cause of hard water. I have until the end of the month to return this. I may still, but I will do as much research as possible to make sure I am making the right decision to keep it.

This is exactly what I've wanted and I love it
This little machine is amazing. It's not perfect, but it is a huge upgrade to my life.I hate doing the dishes. Absolutely hate it. I've wanted a dishwasher for a long time, but I rent my place and the landlord wasn't about to install one for me. And I wasn't about to pay to redo the kitchen in a house I don't own. So it looked like I was stuck with a countertop or portable unit. There my options were really limited as well, since the sink in the kitchen has a faucet with no threads and I couldn't run another water line without drilling holes in the tile. I could have replaced the faucet, but there were more issues with that, too.I thought I was stuck. Stuck doing my least-favorite chore by hand for all eternity. Then I found this thing. And I nearly wept with joy.You plug it in. You toss the drain hose is the sink. You use a pitcher to fill the water reservoir. Then you have a functioning dishwasher. No mess. No permanent alterations to fight with the landlord over. Just a functioning dishwasher without much setup. It's not perfect. The top water jet doesn't spin right all the time. It gets grime buildup after a while. It's not as powerful as a normal, built-in dishwasher. It's kind of small... like and inch to shallow for my bigger frying pan. But it fit perfectly on my counter, has a pretty solid set of features, is quiet (for a dishwasher), and is pretty efficient. You should rinse your dishes first because I imagine getting chunks of food our of this thing could be kind of rough if they get jammed in the holes at the bottom, but overall this thing is solid. And I was skeptical about the longevity of this thing, which is why I waited about five months (and hundred of wash cycles) to write this review. After all that time and use, it's absolutely five-stars in my book.I can't comment on the plumbing of this unit, as I've only ever used it with with the internal water tank. The only real negative note I have is that it is really hard to clean out the bottom of this thing, especially if you have hard water. But even then, I would not hesitate to buy this dishwasher again.

    The most wonderful helper
I live in Alaska in what we call a "dry cabin" which means every drop of water that comes into my cabin I haul in, and every drop of water that is "grey water" or dirty water, I haul out. By hand, in jugs, in and out. Also, I have an outhouse for a bathroom and a tub that I heat up water to use and haul out the used water (via the tub) when I am done bathing. It is a lot of work, yet many people here in Alaska choose this lifestyle, and I am one of them. I am fairly new to dry cabin living, and I loved it except for the part when I had to wash dishes. Washing dishes involved heating up water to wash, then staging the dishes until I heated up more water to rinse, and so on. The whole thing was a two hour adventure, each and every day, which became tedious. Now, with my Novette dishwasher, I enjoy the process of washing dishes as it only takes about 10 minutes of work on my end and a lot of work on the dishwashers end. I simply scrub any crusty parts off my plates, cups and silverware in my sink (little bit of pre-loading scrub time) and then I load the dishwasher and put in a wee bit of bio kleen dishwasher soap. I then pour three pitchers of water in the top (the dishwasher INCLUDES the pitcher) and then I close the door and press play. And wha la! Dishes are done in about an hour. Sparkling clean, wonderfully sanitized, this thing is a dream. The dishwasher comes with a drainage hose that I put into a five gallon jug, and every four days or so I take the jug outside and dump the water out on my land. This little dishwasher is easy to use, and once a week or so I lovingly check the filter part, which is SUPER easy to access and clean. It usually doesn't need any cleaning, but I check it anyways to be thorough and mindful. Yes, this thing is a powerhouse, I have been using it twice a day almost since I got it, and it also cleans fruit! It also dries the dishes, which is helpful as well. I have been super surprised at how stuffed I can get this thing and also the little rack can be adjusted to two heights, which is very helpful and the silverware thing can move in different positions to accomodate larger items. Now I just have to wash my huge huge huge pans by hand, which is not that big of a deal. I recommend this machine to about everyone I meet!Update :. After over a year of use, this thing still works like it was new! I do keep the filter cleaned and clean the inside out every so often. I do almost daily loads in this for a year and still going strong.

    Does the job
This little guys works fantastic. Makes life so much easier. For a small countertop dishwasher is can handle surprisingly large loads with ease. I love the reservoir tank. In my apartment hooking the dishwasher directly to the faucet isn't an option so the tank has been a life saver.

Good for people that live in apartments and hate washing dishes
Just moved from an apartment with a full size dishwasher into one without. I had to get this. I have been using it and adding water to it from the top but I love that I don't have to wash dishes.

    Highly recommend!
Pros: set-up: I'm using the pour in method, not hooked up to the sink. I can wash my pots n pans while dishes are being cleaned. Hook up the drain hose. You're ready to go using the pour- in method. I have a large bin under the washer to catch the drainage- really works well. I practiced removing n replacing the filter system also b4 I started it. Didn't want any confusion so I prepped as much as I could b4 I began. This machine is so quiet! You barely notice it's running. It's very easy to operate. I made sure I understood the directions b4 I tried to use it. That paid off: sailed right through. Fill the rack. Pour in the water-- just a little over a gallon, somewhat less than what I use to wash by hand. Half--it seems- to wash with; half to rinse with. Put the soap in. Close the door. Choose the mode. Let 'er go! Placed on a rolling cart. Cart never moved while it ran. Trial run-- put in some dirty n some clean dishes to get a feel for the whole operation. Very good beginning.Cons: Two silicon spatulas came out with some soap residue. That’s the only negative I’ve seen so far. I don't always get all my dishes by hand perfectly clean either. All in all, I'm very pleased with this machine. I own another Novete product-- stick vac-- which I'm hugely pleased with so the quality of this product comes as no surprise.

    It works well, but...
This dish washer works well and does a fairly decent job at cleaning my dishes and making them shine, but... and there's always a "but", it doesn't fit nearly as many dishes as advertised. I don't believe I have giant oversized dishes, my dishes are pretty much just your average size for a typical American household. It advertises being able to hold "4 x serving bowls, 4 x cups, 4 x small plates, 4 x dinner plates, 7 x spoons, 7 x forks and 7 x knives." However, I can only seem to be able to fit around 3 dinner plates, 2 small plates, 2 cups, 2 bowls, 4 spoons, 4 forks, and 4 knives. Any more than that, and the sprayer arms tends to end up not cleaning portions of the dishes. The water jets cannot effectively clean the dishes because it's too crowded. So if you intend on purchasing this product, do be aware of that.Otherwise, it works well and cleans well as long as none of the dishes are touching each other. I was almost ready to return it when it started leaking but I discovered that you have to screw in the inlet hose pretty much as tight as possible, and I do mean REALLY tight! After that, no more leaks. I also needed to purchase a 3/4 GHT faucet converted to actually have the unit connect to my faucet. I've been using it for over a month and a half now and other than the overpromised dish capacity, I'm mostly satisfied. I'm a man that absolutely loathes doing dishes, so for me the cost was worth it. Also word to the wise, cheap knockoff pods do not work well with this dish washer, but Cascade powdered detergent does pretty well and is pretty cheap.

    Does what it's suppose to
I am in my 70's, was easy to lift, easy to fit the drain hose. I used an old canning funnel to fill it. Worked great and no water spills. I bought Finish power ball and just crushed them and put into a canister and used a coffee measurer. I find the tablets are too much, after all they are made for a full size dishwasher. I have used Normal and Speed wash, the speed wash does just as good as the normal. I probably would never use the heavy mode because I would never put really greasy or crusted food in the machine anyway. I have a 1910 cast iron sink with built on drain board and I must say it's nice to see it clean and empty in the morning as I never go to bed leaving dirty dishes. Having this washer frees me up to do my pans only by hand. I don't have Hot Running water so it was hard heating water all the time to do hand wash. I love that this machine heats it's own water. My dishes were sparkling clean and dry. I do find that the drain hose can be quite challenging. It is made of stiff plastic that doesn't stay where you want it to and the suction cup is worthless. A thin Rubber hose would be so much better and a removable tray on the top to fill the unit would eliminate splatter and spills plus enable the unit to be pushed back farther. Other than that I am very pleased with this unit. Your never too old to try something new.

Need small mouth funnel to manually install water
Over 3 weeks with no problems. Truthfully the machine is a delight. Don't expect to throw a ton of dishes in the machine. But it is just right for our two person household. I use powered detergent because the premade cubes are too big for the offset on the bottom of the door. You will need to find a small mouth funnel to install the three containers of water. I chose this method of water fill rather than a hookup to the faucet. This way you can still use the kitchen sink while the machine is running. The end result gives your glasses, dishes and silverware a nice shine and great clean smell. Wished I would have learned about this product years ago. You can even watch it operate thru the front window.

    Huge time saver!
I’m constantly busy so this has been a such a huge time saver. It’s compact, has its own refillable tank, multiple wash modes, and is able to easily clean up the dirtiest of dishes. It even has a designated dry mode which I use often when I wash the dishes by hand. My only issue with the product is that it has been getting stuck at 6 minutes during the drying phase. I received a replacement but it's still occurring.

    It really works well
I was a little skeptical but was willing to give it a try. After playing with different detergents, (we have somewhat hard municipal water), I have been extremally pleased with the results. It is quiet and works very well. The dishes are well cleaned and cutlery are completely. It is small but handles more than enough dishes, classes, and cups for me. It uses very little water and I like that. Early on, I give this countertop high marks.

    It's a buy
I put off buying a dishwasher for so long because I didn't want to spend the money when I could wash dishes by hand. After months of dealing with fatigue from Long COVID, I finally invested in a countertop dishwasher for my apartment. I should have bought it sooner; it's been fantastic. The sound of the dishes washing is very soothing. I don't like the dry cycle sound, so I either set it before bed so I'm not around it or put the dishes on the drying rack. Aside from that, it's excellent.

    It's very convenient
Because there was no place reserved for dishwasher during the previous decoration, I have to buy a desktop dishwasher now. I found a lot of different styles. Then I chose this dishwasher. What I like most is that it has a drying function. I use it every day now. It brings a lot of convenience to my life.

    Love this!
I live in small house, no room for full size dishwasher. This product is perfect! Plus I don’t have to attach to my faucet. I live alone , don’t cook much, most of my dishes are mugs, bowls and utensils. Just the right size.

    Good overall
After some time using this, I'm pretty happy with it. I can't stand washing dishes, and this gives me the dishwasher setup in a space where a normal one is impossible. It is small, but once you learn to tetris the dishes effectively you may be surprised how much you can get in. I live with a roommate, and two loads in the evening are usually enough to handle a days worth of dishes, with a third if if I'm preparing food. A few notes:1. If the hose isn't quite long enough, you can get another and cut it to length. Amazon's "Universal washing machine drain hose" actually fits snugly right to the end of the included hose, no tape needed.2. Keep an eye on it when you start a cycle, make sure the arm is spinning. Certain items have a knack for knocking lose and extending down into the range of the arm, jamming it. This won't break anything, but it does reduce the effectiveness of the wash.3. Like any dishwasher, this has its impossible tasks. Heavy peanut butter, baked-on cheese and crisco just aren't happening. Pre-rinse/soak or just do those yourself.4. This thing REALLY needs to off-gas at first. If you're at all sensitive to chemical smells, don't despair if running it gives you headaches at first. Just endure it for a week or two of washes, crack a window if you can, and it'll fade away to nothing.

Oh. The spinners stopped working because I used regular dish liquid
I started to return this since the upper spinners appeared to stop working. No one told me you should not use regular dish liquid in the dish washer. That was the reason the top spinners stopped. My best friend told me after i complained. He gave me the proper dish washer tablet/pellet to try and told me to first run a cycle with nothing to flush out the dish liquid. It totally worked and the top spinners worked again perfectly. Those dishes came out squeaky clean! Im keeping it and have thrown away the packaging. My plan is to use once a week, 52 times a year. I'll check back in after a year for an update review but so far 5 stars.

    Works well for me
*Update*I've changed my detergent and no longer see any residue after washing. I am loving this thing. It was a great purchase. I still stand by everything in my review as far as the capacity for regular dishes and regular use, but if you have a very little amount of dishes and keep up with it, you'll love the convenience. Also, if you're into canning, it fits an impressive amount of jars.*Original*I'm not entirely sure this purchase was necessary, but I'm enjoying my new toy. I live by myself and work about 13-15 hrs per day 6 days a week so, I'm not home much to create too many dishes. But, the few dishes I do dirty up tend to sit (rinsed) in the sink for a few days before I get the time or energy to wash them. So far, it's been really nice to just rinse and shove in the dishwasher until there's enough to run it. I also really love that I don't have to install it with a water line. It takes a very small amount of water ( I think under a gallon and a half) so it's definitely less than I would use hand washing. I have a very small kitchen, and I like that the footprint is reasonably small. I love that it heats the water internally and has a top and bottom sprayer, as well as a dry program. I had one in my cart that was only $50 cheaper and didn't have a top sprayer, heater, or dry function. I'm really glad I searched around a bit, because I think that $50 extra was well spent. I have noticed that my dishes tend to come out with a bit of a film that I have to polish off, which is why I'm not sure it's quite the time saver I was hoping it would be. Maybe I should just switch my detergent. I've seen reviews where they pile WAY more inside than I do and rave about the cleanliness of the dishes when they come out, so I'm a little confused at that. From my experience, you need to be very careful to position your dishes so the water can actually hit them.Be aware, it's still just a small dishwasher. It's not a magic portal that zaps food particles into the ether. You will still need to rinse your dishes after using them. I work in a professional kitchen and even our commercial dishwasher isn't that magical. I think this product is for a niche market and will work well for some, but may not suit the average household. Overall, I'm happy. It works very well for my living situation.

    Very convenient, Worth the price!
We bought this for our lake house in Mass. unfortunately , there was no room for a built-in dishwasher in the small kitchen. But, This Dishwasher was a great alternative!I’m so happy that a friend suggested this to me.It’s an awesome, sleek countertop dishwasher with no sink hookup necessary, which I have not seen before. It does give you a sink hook up option if you would like. You simply plug it in, pour water into the dispenser and press start. It’s pretty cool to watch the cycle through the glass window As well, The kids find this pretty neat !and I must say, it’s very quiet. It Looks great and is very light and portable. This dishwasher actually really Does clean the dishes as well, no pre-rinsing is required, It compares In performance to my brand name, full sized, built-in dishwasher at home, and the mesh filter is very easy to remove and clean.I have noticed by doing this on a regular basis it, enhances the dishwashers performance as well.Overall I am extremely happy with this investment, It has really made our family vacations even more pleasurable, with one less chore to have to worry about. Totally worth the price! Highly recommended!

Great for small household and spaces
I live in a studio apartment..so very space limited. Most of my appliances are countertop, and this is no exception. So I don't have a ton of leftover countertop space anymore, but I hate washing dishes..I grew up without a dishwasher and always dreamed of having one. Almost all the other household chores I'm fine with, but washing dishes sucks for me! So, I finally bought one of these bad boys and I love it!! I still handwash pots n pans and larger bowls...but I never have to handwash a utensil in my home ever again! So, if you're in a dishwasher-less home, you don't have a ton of dishes to wash daily, this guy right here is all you'll need! It's not very loud, but it's not silent either.

Its a great dishwasher, but the door...
So I am loving this dishwasher. It cleans very well, and is very easy to figure out how to use, and I do plan to keep it. However there is a couple issues I have had with it that may make me buy something else whenever this one finally goes out. First is the door. I had to buy Velcro straps to put on one side so that the door would stay closed while its cleaning. A couple of times the door has just opened while it was turned on, and while it does automatically stop when the door comes open, it still manages to spray a bit of water all in front of it. The reason it opens is because the door is held closed by a couple of small magnets that apparently aren't strong enough to keep it closed. I think they should have just used a latch system instead.Second issue is the top sprayer. This issue was easy to resolve, and I'm not really counting it much against the maker of the dishwasher even though they say in their adverts that it works with all soaps. But if you use a powdered soap instead of gel, or pouches with gel, the top arm tends to get stuck pretty easily. I've had to stop it while in cycle and open the door to move the top arm loose. Not sure how they could have fixed this issue, but I did by simply buying gel soaps. Now the top arm spins like its strolling through a meadow of flowers. :POverall, I wouldn't say this is a bad product, however those are some issues that will probably make me look elsewhere when this one finally goes kaput. :)I docked a star because the door opens if i hadn't put on the Velcro straps.

So, ever since I’ve been little my parents have ALWAYS had a dishwasher in the house. I moved out and dishes were the bane of my existence. I was actively looking for a portable dishwasher on FB marketplace and things just never lined up. I came across this beauty and BOY let me tell you about how awesome this machine is!! It can fit pots and pans, dishes, and whatever you may want to wash. This was the best purchase I have made in my adult life thus far. It cleans like a dream and is all I could ever ask for.

    Loving it!
I'm a man, therefore I hate washing dishes. I always wanted my own dishwasher but every place ice ever lived it never had a place for one which is why was super happy something like this was available.I have been actively using my dishwasher since I got it 2 months ago and it's holding up fine, no issues so far and my dishes always turn out super clean. The dishwasher was alot bigger than it looked in advertising so make sure you got a good spot on the countertop to place it.All in all, fantastic product and I love nothing more than sitting in my chair sipping coffee while the dishwasher is doing its thing!

This is a nice size unit and looks good. It's easy to use. But I returned it because it only holds a few dishes. It would take 2-3 separate washes to do all of our dinner dishes and there are only 2 of us. And that's not even including pans. Maybe for one person it would work. Even then that person would still end up washing pans and larger plates and cups. It is a nice unit, just not practical.

    Game changer
I waited a few months of use before I wrote this review just to see if I’d experience any problems with it. It’s been 4 months of using it everyday in my nyc apartment and it’s been pretty smooth so far! Don’t be deceived at its power to clean because it’s smaller than a normal dishwasher….. It’s a beast!!! Just make sure you put your items in the right direction inside, it should clean everything right! If it’s just a normal wash load, i use a single pod. But if it’s a load where there’s grease and food involved like a pan or an air fryer cart, i use 2 pods!

    Tiny powerhouse
This dishwasher arrived today (3/21/22). Got it as my personal birthday gift.I have been doing my dishes by hand 3 times a day for the last 2 years and using hand lotion three times a day because I have a problem with dish soap.Doing dishes in the sink 3 times a day means that I use 15-18 gallons of water every day. Not efficient. Even doing 2 loads in this machine means I save 12-15 gallons. And I can do something else, like studying, cleaning, gardening, ANYTHING.Maybe pots and pans have to be done by hand, but I use cast iron so that is always the case.Would I recommend this? Yes. It fits on my narrow sink counter and works.I might even take it in the camper this summer!

    Best investment.
I have been living in my camper this summer. I originally bought this because when the season ends at the campground, they offer the extended season. For the extended season, they shut off the water, so I got this as a way to be able to do my dishes when they shut off the water. It has become evident that this dishwasher does better washing my dishes than doing them by hand.

    The easy button!!!!!!
Ok, let me preface with I almost NEVER EVER take the time to make a review. I think about the comedian Sebastian Maniscalco (if you haven't heard about him check him out too!) who says "what is with these people who write reviews? Who has the time for this? My wife and I say to each other the Salmon sucked, lets get the heck outta here!! So funny so yeah, I can't be bothered with that but for THIS I will take the time to. This product was purchased by me for ME for Christmas so it is already been used for 6 months and I wish I ordered it 2 years ago REALLY I DO!! As a matter of fact I bought this for a rental that I am in due to Covid in Mexico. Water is a HUGE issue in Mexico and we often run out. This allows me to do dishes with out a faucet connection which is essential for hand washing (when we do have water) lol and to prep and use your sink. The internal water reserve means you use a WAY smaller amount of water consumption than you would if you had a dishwasher that ran off your supply line!!! My dishes come out clean and sparkling and I jam the H E double hockey sticks out of it and it HOLDS TONS of stuff if you can get creative!!! I URGE everyone who is on the fence about this to rush to order it. I will order a second one for our RV we just purchased and will look forward to it too. My only complaint? Wish it came in colours and especially stainless but I would rather have a bit of a space age white square on my counter top than to hand was dishes. Oh it has a fruit rinse cycle too which is also very cool living in Mexico as we use an agent to purify the veggies and fruits and it has been SUPER. Couple other things. I Always unplug after each use and I keep the door ajar when the unit still has water in it to insure it is completely dry before I shut it so it doesn't fog or get some of the other things people complain of. Also I shake it from side to side every couple weeks as some others have recommended but I forget why!!! Go for it you'll be super stoked you did!!
